
Tom Hallock
A nationally recognized speaker for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the National Association of Construction Lenders (NARCL) I have presented to builders, lenders, and regulators on construction and commercial lending risk management, origination strategies, and client and project management oversight.
I’ve been involved in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Lending on a local, regional and national level for over twenty years. The majority of my experience has been in construction lending, credit management, and client origination.
I have held local, state and national positions within the building industry. I served as a founding board member and treasure of the HBA of the Central Coast. As an appointed Associate Representative to NAHB by the California Building Industry Association (CBIA) I was a member of the Mortgage and Finance Sub-committee. I am a founding board member of NARCL and am a past member of ULI. I also served as a board member of a local non-profit builder in Santa Barbara (Homes for People); and currently serve on the board of Project Understanding in Ventura, CA, a local non-profit organization serving homeless and at risk individuals and families.
I live in Westlake Village, CA with my wife Allison and two children, a daughter Morgan (13) and a son Ben (10).

University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing and Real Estate Finance.
At USC I earned All PAC 10 honors three times and All Academic PAC 10 honors twice as a scholarship football player. Three time David M. Marx Scholar athletic scholarship recipient.
Cal Lutheran University, Thousand Oaks, CA. Master in Business Administration, Finance and Management.
Developed and completed specialized program in Commercial Banking Securitization and Investment Management.
