Marty’s second book, Leadership Land Mines, 8 Management Catastrophes and How to Avoid Them focuses on the eight specific behaviors that cripple any manager’s ability to emerge as a true leader.

Marty spends his time working closely with the leadership teams and sales teams who have the vision and backbone to make the changes that yield material improvements in real time.

From 1998 to 2002 Marty served as Vice President of Marketing of BTI Communications where he successfully led the teams providing the marketing, public relations, training, and post-sale quality assurance for a 25 location, 250+ person sales team delivering complex voice, data, and internet commercial solutions.
