About the SSCL

The STRATEGIES FOR SUCCESS IN CONSTRUCTION LENDING (SSCL) seminar is one of the premier events in the construction lending industry for residential and commercial lenders. Exploring the key issues of construction risk as well as the profitability facing SBA executives, construction managers and construction lending managers today, the SSCL is a dynamic event that keeps attendees coming year after year.

First held in 1999, the SSCL Seminar was created by the National Association of Construction Lenders (NACL) and Granite Companies to provide a forum in which members of the construction lending industry could gather once a year to exchange thoughts and ideas. After much success and publicity, SSCL has now evolved from a simple round-table discussion to one of the most successful assemblies in the country.

A host to experts and speakers from around the world, SSCL offers opportunities for participants to build partnerships throughout the industry. In addition, SSCL provides the perfect venue for greater collaboration among lenders, borrowers, and builders through the education of current industry standards.

Hosted by NACL and Granite Companies, nationally recognized construction risk mitigation and inspection firms, the SSCL seminar continues to focus on core issues facing the industry overall, while highlighting up-to-the-minute topics in the ever-changing construction lending market.
