Featured Speaker - Greg Bailey, Senior Program Manager, EMG
As Senior Program Manager at EMG, Mr. Bailey brings over twenty years of Architectural, Engineering and Energy consulting experience. Experience includes managing Property Condition Assessments, Greenhouse Gas Inventories, Energy Benchmarking Studies, Renewable Energy Feasibility Studies and Energy Audits for clients in various market segments, including but not limited to Government, Higher-Education, K-12, Housing, and Hospitality.
Mr. Bailey has been an integral figure in the development, implementation and management of EMG's Green and Sustainable Energy Program, which combines a Physical Condition Assessment, Energy Audit with Green and Sustainable building principles. This innovative report contains life-cycle analysis, energy benchmarking, life cycle replacement costs, water and energy savings, recommendations for Green and sustainable management/maintenance procedures, simple payback and cost-to-benefit analysis of calculated Energy Conservation Measures. Mr. Bailey holds an M.S. in Engineering Project Management and his undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering and Project Management.
