Featured Speaker - Chris Muhle, Senior Vice President , Signet Partners
Christopher Muhle, Senior Vice President for Signet Partners has over 12 years of real property financial services experience with Signet Partners including due diligence, financial modeling and analysis, valuation, physical condition assessment, third party management and stakeholder relations. Over $750 million in multifamily rental subsidy (Project-Based Section 8 HAP) funds have been restructured and/or renewed under his supervision and $1.25 billion in government assets have been sold with his support.
As Co-Manager for Signet Partners' contracts in the HUD "Mark-to-Market and Green Retrofit Programs", Mr. Muhle provides quality control in several areas including due diligence, green priority improvement underwriting, agency submissions, closings and administration of rehab funds disbursement and inspections. In addition to administration of $80 million in HUD Green Retrofit improvements, Mr. Muhle is responsible for Signet's Construction Loan
Management contract with the FDIC.
