GLM maintains a network of tested and qualified inspectors across the country. GLM's inspectors act as the eyes and ears of the project, verifying all construction work is in place as per the plans and specifications prior to the release of funds. GLM tests each inspector to confirm they have sufficient construction experience.
When a draw request is received by GLM, a detailed inspection report is sent to the inspector to confirm the work is in place. The inspector then completes GLM's report and indicates the percentage of completion per line item or stage and includes 8 photographs. The completed report is then forwarded to GLM. Upon receipt of the original report, photos, and invoices, GLM promptly pays the inspector an agreed upon flat fee. Much of the success of GLM's business is dependent upon the quality, timeliness, and professionalism of the inspector. As a result, GLM's inspectors must commit to a 24-48 hour turn-around time for each inspection.
