Rick Nirk, Executive Director, National Association of Residential Construction Lenders (NARCL)
Richard W. Nirk, Executive Director of the National Association of Residential Construction Lenders (NARCL) resides in Denver, Colorado and has over 20 years of commercial, construction and mortgage lending experience. He has been employed by such firms as, the US Bank Group, CitiGroup, American Express, Citizens National Banking Corp. and for many years was the National Construction Program Manager for JPMorgan Chase.
Currently he is the Executive Director for the National Association of Residential Construction Lenders (NARCL) and is a National Construction Lending Advisor for the Excell Management Group, Ltd. His advisory practice includes both US Domestic and International experience. His area of focus is policy & program design, training, marketing, operations and risk management for lenders, accounting firms, insurance companies, builders and other construction trade affiliates, for both commercial & residential.
